Platinum Jubilee 2022

To commemorate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee, FOWHS would like to gift every student a free personalised Jubilee tea towel. The students will be creating their artwork in school this week which we hope you will get to view via Dojo.

If you would like to order additional tea towels or mugs at a cost of £6 each with your young person's artwork, please use this form to place your order. They make the perfect gift for any birthdays coming up!

Please note:

• Do not include the free tea towel in your order as you will be charged - FOWHS will ensure a free tea towel is ordered for each student.

• Please only submit one order form per student.

• If you have multiple students in the school, please use 1 form per student.

Payment can be made via cash or by direct bank transfer to FOWHS.

Orders and payments must be received by 8pm on Tuesday 3rd May 2022

for us to be able to fulfil your order request.

 

If you pay with cash, please leave it in an envelope at school reception addressed to FOWHS Jubilee along with your student's name and class.
